Cell Bionics Institute is committed to advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques and regenerative medicine for healing by offering non-surgical alternatives. We acknowledge the complexity of human body and its natural ability to heal itself. Here in Cell Bionics Institute, we use the latest technologies to help our patients make full recoveries and go back to their daily routines as quickly as possible.
BMC Stem Cell Treatment
Stem cells are those cells that can replicate or differentiate. It means that these cells cannot only multiply but it can turn into different types of tissues. There are different types of stem cells as most people are familiar the term ‘embryonic stem cell’. They are from the embryonic stage that have yet to differentiate during pregnancy. They can change into any body part at all. While they have been used in some regenerative medicine, they have also been associated with occasional tumor formations. There is a research being conducted by several companies to isolate particular lines of embryonic stem cells for future use…read more
PRP Therapy
Blood is made of red blood cells, white blood cells, plasma, and platelets. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is the name given to blood plasma with a high concentration of platelets that contains huge doses of bioactive proteins, such as growth factors, that are critical in the repair and regeneration of tissuesBlood is a liquid (also known as plasma) it contains small solid components red cells, white cells, and platelets. These platelets are known for their importance in clotting blood. However, platelets also contain hundreds of proteins called growth factors which are very important in the healing of injuries…read more
BIODISC™ Treatment
BIODISC™ is a non-surgical, minimally invasive procedure developed for treatment of chronic lumbar disc disorders such as: herniated discs, annular tears, and bulging discs. It consists of autologous transplant of mesenchymal stem cells taken from the patient’s bone marrow injected into the damaged discs of a patient’s spine. A Discectomy, Micro discectomy and Lamincetomy are open surgeries that require anesthesia and are physically disruptive. Ligaments, bone, as well as the damaged disc might be removed by surgeon to access herniated/bulging disc leading to a long recovery…read more
BIODISC™ Intradiscal PRP Injection
Intradiscal injections are used to treat pain caused by one or more spinal vertebrae. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections stimulate the growth factors in the vertebrae to incite the stem cells found within the lumbar disc and thereby boost the regeneration process allowing the intervertebral disc to heal naturally. Intradiscal PRP injections can heal a painful disc and may be an alternate method for steroid injections and in some cases surgery. According to studies and the feedback we received from our patients, people who have received intradiscal PRP injection to treat lower back pain found a significant improvement in both pain levels and function. Less conservative treatments for degenerated discs such as physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medications, and spinal surgery are not the best and most effective in the long run as they can also yield more complications.

Interventional Pain Management
For some, finding pain relief can seem like a lofty goal after numerous back-and-forth visits between primary care provider and specialist or undergoing ineffective prescription or over-the-counter drug therapies. Advanced interventional pain management may be the solution to a better quality of life. Interventional pain management utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to provide a full range of treatments and services for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions. Interventional pain management techniques are used for a variety of purposes: diagnostic, to determine the source of pain; therapeutic, to treat painful conditions; prognostic, to predict outcome of other interventional treatments; and preemptive, to prevent other pain conditions that could result from certain procedures. Read on for information on available interventional treatment options.

Intradiscal PRP therapy is a non-surgical procedure that helps mild injuries and quickens the healing process. Since it is done by using the platelets from your own blood, there are minimal side effects, and only a low risk for an allergic reaction.
BIODISC™ Intradiscal PRP Injections are most commonly used on lower back or neck pain to treat degenerated discs. It has also been used to successfully lessen chronic pain due to tendonitis and common sports injuries. Not only can BIODISC™ Intradiscal PRP Injections be used to manage pain, it can also be used to quicken the healing process after a surgery. Read more..
