They damaged our furniture and when we contacted them to claim it back, they took longer than 4 weeks to send a surveyor Leonard of care with certain items. The list goes on and on!
This company goes by the alias of fantastic services, please do NOT use them. They employ rude staff, lie about delivery dates and mis-quotes clients and fail to honour their customers. They fail to deliver and a far from. Fantastic service!
Sales person lied about cost, who and how items were to be transported. Complete disregarded for care of items. Lies regarding delivery date then no return phone/text/e-mails as to when delivery might occur. Broken items too numerous to mention. Lost items currently amount to over $4,000 in missing pieces. Delivery driver refused to pay what was promised to men sent to unload, resulting in a 30 minute shouting match and neighbors calling 911. Run run from any dealing with this unprofessional company

We used this moving service for a local move. We dealt with a person named Davis who was very interested in doing an excellent job. He gave us an all-inclusive price and stuck to it. On the day of the move, he and his crew arrived on time, worked diligently to get everything packed up, and delivered it to the new location on time.
That was the best choice I could have made. The service provided by Dependable Van Lines was excellent! I will use them again on my move! Profoundly recommended from my side to everyone I know.

Davis and his crew showed up punctually; they were four charming gentlemen. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. His crew leader had a great "can-do" attitude, and he helped us with some non-standard requests. The job proceeded and ended very smoothly. They did not break or damage anything. They were even able to move my six huge tomato plants (in planting boxes) without breaking a single branch! Highly recommended!

The four-man crew worked hard to move my things fastly. On the drive to my place in TX, they followed GPS and took a route the truck wouldn't make it. They apologized for the inconvenience and did not charge me for their mistake. They were honest movers, and I would hire them again if I were in the area again.

They got a crew out there and moved me in FIVE HOURS, blanketing and shrink-wrapping all of my furniture as they went. They were professional and courteous. This was the best move EVER. These guys made my move easy and painless despite everything else going on. They aren't expensive at all.
