Sometimes when a user is using multiple printers on his local network, the HP Printer offline issue may occur when your Printer is not set as the Default Printer. To check whether your printer is set as the default printer or not a user can visit the Devices and Printer window of the Control Panel from the main desktop screen. If there is a green tick on your Printer Machine, it means it is set as the default printer and if there is no green tick then right-click on your Printer’s icon and set it as the Default Printer to resolve the offline issue.
