Consequently, we can provide a two-year warranty on each unit against manufacturing and workmanship flaws. The buyer commits, by accepting this warranty, to paint and caulk the structure within 30 days of erection, including the doors. To allow air to circulate beneath the building, the customer agrees to keep vegetation at a minimum surrounding the building. Caulking ought to be used as well. If any part of a shed is found to be broken, NW Sheds maintains the right to fix it or replace it. The mistreatment of others or \"acts of God\" are not our responsibility.
