My background was in the Home Health field. I cared for a myriad of patients and their families, many of them on hospice. While there is sadness in that time, there is also great opportunity for the purest of emotions to surface, finding peace for the unsettled-allowing love. That is one major life event to which I have been privileged to bear witness in a very intimate way. I’ve now been given the opportunity to work for families in this major life event of moving. The very obvious differences aside, at the pith, my motive is akin; give all I can of myself to see the best possible outcome for those in my path. With the help of Kathy Greene, and her staff at Ocean Mental Health Services, we have helped over 50 local families and individuals furnish their homes. Kathy and her staff work tirelessly to assist homeless individuals and families to obtain safe and permanent housing that can give a sense of pride to start anew. We at SETT Movers help to furnish these homes by getting our customer’s donations to families in need. In doing so, we support our local community to grow, flourish and improve quality of life for these individuals.
