SMART DOGS owner Jeff Todd has 20+ years of progressive dog training experience, and personally trained 10,000+ dogs. The Los Angeles dog trainer started his love affair with dogs at the age of 8. He got his fist dog and was given responsibility for walking, brushing etc. He started training dogs at the age of 14 years old after learning some basic techniques from an older brother who was a military dog trainer and who ran a dog training business in Ohio. Some dog training academies in Los Angeles also offer boarding and daycare services, making it convenient for pet owners with busy schedules.
