Smart Connect is an efficient feature of an Amped router that fastens the Wi-fi speed in a network by automatically switching to a faster frequency band. It is enabled by default and could be configured using the setup.ampedwireless.com network. A condition is applied while using Smart connect in a router that both the Wi-fi band of the network must be using the same SSID name and Wi-fi password.
