FIGHTING AND MINIMIZING ARTHRITIS

Arthritis refers to severe pain in joints and muscles. It is autoimmune disease.

Remedies can be used to reduce and may be cured with using these simple things:

FIGHTING AND MINIMIZING ARTHRITIS:

  • Lose weight so that stress on joints is lessened.
  • Reduce your sugar, salt, cholesterol and fat intake.
  • Drinking potato juice on empty stomach in the morning helps a lot with arthritis pain. Soak potato pieces overnight in a glass of water and drink in the morning.
  • Pain relief can also be achieved by soaking your joint in hot natural apple cider vinegar. If joint is such that it cannot be soaked then soak a cloth in this mixture and wrap your joint with this cloth.
  • Garlic is good for boosting immune system and can help in cure of arthritis.
  • Avoid foods that trigger pain like tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, spicy food, eggplant and citrus fruits.
  • Beta carotene is good for arthritis that can be obtained from yellow and orange vegetables, fruits and green leafy vegetables.
  • Eating walnuts, soy, olive oil, flax avocados, sardines and salmon would help because it contains omega-3 fatty acids which are helpful to reduce pain.
  • Vitamin B is a vital amine required for proper functioning of the body. It is also effective in remedying arthritis. So taking vitamin B complex can help you a lot as a daily supplement.
  • Vitamin C and vitamin E are also helpful in relieving arthritis. Foods that contain these vitamins are nuts, green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits etc.
  • Mix 2 teaspoons of natural apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water and 2 teaspoon of unprocessed honey and drink it three times a in a day.
  • Drink a lot of water. It is a solution to many problems.
  • Niacin is found in food sources like meat, egg, milk, poultry, fish, barley, peanuts, coffee, tea, cereals and split peas etc. You need to take about 75mg of niacin daily to get going with the arthritis pain.
  • Pineapple juice, carrot juice mixed with red beet juice and green leafy vegetable juice (any) is very magical for removing inflammation.

FIGHTING AND MINIMIZING ARTHRITIS:

  • Herbal teas are very effective in relieving arthritis swelling and pain.
  • Early in the morning take 1 coconut and 3-4 walnuts on an empty stomach.
